1. Two playing cards are shown, one face up, the other face down.
(Say, the Queen of Clubs and the Two of Diamonds.)
2. The Two of Diamonds is CLEARLY placed behind your back,
leaving the face-down Queen of Clubs on your palm.
3. In an INSTANT you show that you in fact have
the Queen of Diamonds behind your back while the card on your palm
has changed into the Two of Diamonds!

"Three-Card Monte"
1. Three playing cards are fanned out and shown, two black, one
red.
(Say, the Ten of Hearts, the Nine of Clubs and the Ten of Diamonds.)
2. The fan of cards is turned face down and the spectator is asked
to remove
the Nine of Clubs, the middle card.
3. You show you hold only the two remaining cards (the two red Tens).
